VACUHANDLING CONCEPT

This well-contrived range of systems ensures maximum facility and efficient handling oper-ations. Performance at the workplace is substantially increased. Liftmate devices are equipped with a silencer and a protective motor switch as standard features. Here again, great importance is attached to safety at the workplace: In the event of a power failure, the return valve is closed immediately and the load is slowly lowered to the floor under control. It is impossible to overload the vacuum lifter as unduly heavy loads cannot even be lifted.

Small loads of up to 110lbs. can be quickly, safely and effortlessly shifted with the Liftmate. The powerful blower of this vacuum lifter produces a vacuum in the lifting hose, the load is gently suctioned by the built-up vacuum and simultaneously lifted. The ingenious valve control system ensures stepless raising and lowering, while the lifting unit is continuously slewable and thereby allows all kinds of loads to be simply and efficiently handled.

Ideal areas of application for this line of equipment are to be found in many industrial forms for the smooth handling, e.g. of bags, cartons, boxes, drums, buckets, crates, appliances and plates. The considerable range of accessories ensures practical solutions for each application: dust filter unit, extra silencer, quick change system, tilting adapter, special suction surfaces, control units of special design, ON/OFF switch on the control unit. GIS System overhead cranes and GIS slewing pillar and wall cranes are suitable for area-wide application.
