Typical applications of the Vacujet RG 400 are found in the wood and metal working industries as well as in food and textile manufacture for the safe lifting of wooden boards, planks, items of furniture, cartons, boxes, crates, TV sets and all kinds of plates (plastic, aluminum, stone, plaster, sheet metal etc.).

Turning Device 180°
For boards/plates that require machining front to back at the same work station, the workpiece can easily be turned 180°. The turning device for any kind of plate (especially in the metal and woodworking industries e.g. door manufacture) is an efficient working aid. The device can be equipped with one or several suction surfaces as required.

 

Sheet metal grab
For some areas of application this compact device is the ideal alternative to the Vacujet unit. A noticeable feature of the sheet metal grab is its very low height and it is also particularly suitable for the vertical conveyance of boards/plates which can also be lifted from the horizontal position. The sophisticated mechanism strengthens the contact pressure of the grab the heavier the load. The clamping surfaces on both sides are lined with rubber for protection.
